Although they were pricey but the response time I got from their sales rep, Susan was prompt and immediate and she tried to slot my request in the very next day. We opted for their pet urine removal and general cleaning services for our carpet. I have to admit, in comparison to the usual shops which does carpet cleaning, this service exceeded my expectations. I was looking for the onsite curtains cleaning and I found this company via Google, next day after leave my inquiry via website Ms. Lilian reached out to me via WhatsApp.

What I did just only take full photo of my curtains then told her how many pieces and what kind of services that I am looking for.

Every went well until the services date come, first impression is the staffs are on time, next they are professional and polite, will check with you first if anything that need permission (such as enter my bedroom for their job, can use the plug for electric or not and etc.)

Last but not least, they completed the job in short time yet all in good term, curtains are clean and the working area is tidy.

I definitely recommended to my friends and anyone who looking for cleaning curtains/ furniture services.

Cleaners come on-time, they know what they are doing and very professional. My nephew peed on my mattress and they manage to remove the urine stains and the odor entirely. Everything's done within an hour and im very happy with the result.

After using another mattress cleaning company that left us with wet beds that collected a bad smell, we called Chem Dry and they were very professional. They asked about the materials of the mattress, explained what they would do and how to best care for the mattress after. Excellent communication the whole way through. It was quick and easy to get an appointment and they came even a few minutes early. I would use them again and Im happy to recommend them.

Guys and gals, if you ever need the services of company that understands service, this is the company. They were courteous and informative, responded quickly and politely to all our queries and finally showed up at the confirmed date and time ON time. I called up at least 4 different companies and it never ceases to amaze me how rude and arrogant businesses can be, making it unpleasant if not painful to deal with them (and we are bringing them business). Not these guys. They set the standard. And their work is excellent! Very highly recommended!

We contacted Chemdry Malaysia for disinfecting and sanitising of our office recently. Lilian assisted and replied to all our queries on FDA and EPA certification very efficiently and the technicians who came followed all the protocols and our company SOPs when spraying the office area. We have used Chemdry a number of times and Lilian has been cooperative in arranging the appointments to our convenience. The staff are very polite and prices very reasonable. Had 3 simple fabric chairs which were fairly heavily stained from years of 'attack' from food/drinks/pets etc. Thought of reupholstering which would have been slow and costly.
