The crew came and performed bed deep clean service. The first time wasn't satisfying, so they came for touch up... service. Mr Mustain and Mr Mohd. Had 3 simple fabric chairs which were fairly heavily stained from years of 'attack' from food/drinks/pets etc. Thought... of reupholstering which would have been slow and costly. I called Chemdry to set up an appointment and they arranged for the next day. Familiar with condo managements, they asked the right questions re security and covid SOPs. Arrived on time the next day and did a super clean and professional job within 45mins. Fast great value and convenient. Now have 3 'new' chairs ! 2nd time using Chem-dry and very satisfied. Lilian is professional, responsive and most of all very pleasant to deal... with. The 2 guys that came over to do the cleaning was polite and meticulous in ensuring that my sofa and carpets were cleaned thoroughly. They also followed Covid-19 SOPs by wearing masks at all times even during the cleaning process. Dealing with Chem Dry was a breeze right from the beginning. I got in touch with them to enquire on their cleaning and... sanitation service for my leather and fabric upholstery together with my curtains and drapes for in my living hall and bedrooms. I was attended by Ms. Lilian, their Business Development Coordinator who quoted me very reasonably based on the photos I had sent to her. Within the next couple days, the Chem-Dry technicians arrived to my place and they were extremely punctual. The technicians (Vijay, Kalai and Azfa) were very polite and maintained a high level of professionalism at all times.They made sure they laid cloth on the floor before bringing in their equipment and spent considerable amount of time to thoroughly to clean each curtain section and upholstery systematically. It was a lot of work for a solid 3.5hours!Based on my experience today, I can be sure of appointing their services in the future. Long story short.....Chem-Dry is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Keep up the good work guys!read more

RUINED MY RUG, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS COMPANY!!! On November 2020 I trusted this company Chem Dry to wash my... Persian rug valued RM12,000. They happily picked up the rug from my home in KLCC stating to rest assured they will do a fantastic job and returned it back a week later with an invoice for the service. I did ask them if they knew how to deal with it and they told me they were the biggest rug cleaner company in Malasya not to mention that Chem Dry was internationally wellknown. I did believed them…. To my surprise, once I open the rug, I discovered that it was COMPLETLY RUINED! Colors have faded and feeling was not silky anymore but completely rough. Even more, my light cream/off white rugby was now beige/brownish with two with two different colors along the surface of the rug. Company acknowledged the damage, apologized and took it back to try and recover the damage. Neither to say that the rug returned even worst. Company offered to pay RM700 as a compensation so we could take it to another rugby cleaner to do a better job. We visited 3 professional Persian rug sellers (Great Eastern Mall, Damangsara Shopping, Abee Rugs) and all three said nothing could be done to save it. Company refuses to pay anything for the damage of a very expensive rug. I will not get my beautiful rug again but want to make sure that NO ONE ends up with the same TERRIBLE experience I have gone through. I have already cried my rug, gone through very sad faces of professional rugby dealers who know the effort it takes to handmade one of these. Please be careful as this is not what you want for your rug and neither for your health as company owners have no empathy for rugs nor customers. RUINED MY RUG, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THIS COMPANY!!!read more

Had such a pleasant experience with Chem-Dry. I was put in touch with Susan, who recommended a same day clean up for my... sofa, which my child vomited on. She was extremely helpful and quick to reply, and an appointment was scheduled at 2pm. The workers came slightly before 2pm and were extremely thorough and careful when cleaning. The entire experience was seamless, and my sofa feels squeaky clean again! I definitely recommend Chem-Dry to those who require an efficient and effective cleaning service. Not recommended. They can’t remove the water colour stain on my carpet. The funny thing is that they’re not sincere.... They didn’t even tell me that they can’t remove the stay. They simply sent the carpet as if everything has been cleaned. Felt cheated. Dishonest. Doesn’t work at all.read more
